As a Data Review Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining the quality of our data assets, identifying discrepancies, and working collaboratively to implement corrective measures. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and regular reviews of complex datasets to identify errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
- Perform data validation and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity across various systems.
- Develop and execute data quality checks, rules, and scripts to proactively monitor data health.
- Investigate root causes of data quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams (e.g., Data Engineering, Operations) to implement sustainable solutions.
- Generate comprehensive data quality reports and dashboards, providing insights into data performance and areas for improvement.
- Document data quality processes, standards, and definitions to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance frameworks and data management best practices.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy regulations and company data security policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data analysis, data quality, or a similar data-centric role (minimum 2 years).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
