Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations, including inputting new bookings, modifying existing ones, and handling cancellations.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments, manage cash float, and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
