Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a positive and empathetic experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features and services, promoting self-service options where appropriate.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
  • Previous experience working for a tech-enabled service company.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish is a plus).
