Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Customer Relationship Executive, specializing in remote collaboration. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building, nurturing, and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued clients. Operating entirely remotely, you will leverage your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to understand client needs, ensure their satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth within our portfolio of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong, trusted relationships remotely.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular check-ins, prompt issue resolution, and exceptional service delivery.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion by presenting additional services and solutions.

  • Conduct virtual client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with professionalism and clarity.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relations, preferably in a remote capacity.
