Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled workers and engineers in preparing work sites, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and marking out areas for construction or repair.
  • Support the loading, unloading, and distribution of construction materials such as aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
  • Participate in general site clean-up and organization, ensuring a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Assist with traffic management on work sites, directing vehicles and pedestrians as required.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment, reporting any malfunctions or damages promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Document daily activities and progress as instructed by site supervisors.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Be available for flexible working hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends, as project demands dictate.
