Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming customer account queries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Process invoices, payments, and account adjustments with precision, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Reconcile customer statements and assist in resolving discrepancies under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Support the wider accounts team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and relevant financial regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate complex account issues to appropriate senior personnel for resolution.

Required Skills
