Key Responsibilities

- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding shuttle schedules, routes, and destinations.
- Assist passengers with luggage, ensuring safe loading and unloading onto shuttles.
- Direct passengers to appropriate waiting areas or shuttle vehicles.
- Monitor shuttle arrival and departure times, communicating any delays effectively.
