Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies across paid and organic channels (e.g., social media, search, display, video, email).
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) from conception to execution.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging, high-performing digital assets and campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, evaluating and implementing new technologies as appropriate.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Monitor brand mentions and online reputation, participating in social listening and community engagement.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in developing and executing digital media strategies.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
