Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Assist in generating and qualifying leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry databases.
  • Support Business Development Managers in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients, managing calendars and communications effectively.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and sales activities.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow-up actions.
  • Help develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential competitive advantages.
  • Contribute to the creation of reports on sales performance, market trends, and pipeline development.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the business development team as needed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
