Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide initial assistance and direction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and correctly displayed.
- Assist the sales team with various tasks, including preparing sales materials, processing orders, and managing customer queues.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Help customers locate desired products and offer basic product information or direct them to a sales associate for detailed assistance.
- Support inventory management through receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store, including basic security checks and tidying.
