Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish guest room supplies, amenities, and linen accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items promptly to the supervisor.
  • Manage linen inventory, ensuring proper handling, sorting, and delivery to laundry services.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys, storage areas, and equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with front office, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Required Skills
