Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
  • Provide accurate information about Career.zycto, its services, and facilities, answering inquiries effectively.
  • Assist visitors with wayfinding, scheduling, and any special requests to ensure a smooth visit.
  • Manage visitor registration processes, including check-ins, badge issuance, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common visitor spaces.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and mail handling as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve visitor issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor security protocols in the reception area, ensuring visitor safety and adherence to company policies.
  • Gather visitor feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
