Job Description

Ltd is actively seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team at our Sodnac Link Road facility in Vacoas-Phoenix. This vital full-time position is at the heart of our distribution operations, ensuring that products move efficiently from receiving to dispatch, ultimately reaching our customers across Mauritius. As a Warehouse Worker focusing on loading and sorting, you will be instrumental in the meticulous handling of a diverse range of goods, encompassing everything from consumer products to industrial supplies. Your day-to-day will involve the careful and systematic loading and unloading of deliveries from trucks and containers, the precise sorting of items for optimal storage within our warehouse, or preparing them for onward shipment to various retail outlets and clients. This includes verifying product counts, inspecting goods for damage, and ensuring all items are correctly labelled and logged according to company procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, adhering to safety protocols.
- Accurately sort incoming and outgoing products for storage or dispatch.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies upon arrival and report findings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
