Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, both in-person and remotely.
  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot problems via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of new computers, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs on IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and procedures accurately in the IT ticketing system.
  • Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion, for various systems and applications.
  • Educate users on best practices for IT security and efficient use of technology.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on more complex issues and infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain an an organized inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and documentation.
