Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior travel advisors with researching and planning complex travel itineraries for individual and group clients.
- Book and confirm reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other travel-related services.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms to gather preferences and address inquiries.
- Prepare detailed travel documents, including itineraries, invoices, and booking confirmations.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and travel information in our CRM system.
- Monitor travel alerts and advisories to ensure client safety and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive rates and special requests.
- Provide exceptional pre-travel and during-travel support, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, email, web browsers).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
