Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and processing of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and manifests.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, and drayage providers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of cargo.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams on status and potential delays.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, offering support and resolving basic shipping-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all shipping activities and documentation.
- Support the operations team in scheduling, booking, and managing cargo space.
