Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and compassionate supervision for children in various settings (e.g., homes, daycare centers, schools).
  • Assist children with daily routines, including feeding, hygiene, and nap/rest times.
  • Organize and lead engaging educational and recreational activities appropriate for different age groups.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, including monitoring for potential hazards.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized play and learning environment.
  • Administer basic first aid if necessary and follow emergency procedures.
  • Support children's social and emotional development through positive interaction and guidance.
  • Adhere strictly to all childcare policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Proven experience working with children (personal or professional)
  • Strong understanding of child development principles
