Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients following established scripts and guidelines.
  • Introduce company services and value propositions to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the senior sales team.
  • Accurately record and update client information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor on all calls, representing Career.zycto positively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telemarketing techniques.
  • Provide feedback on call campaigns and client responses to improve future strategies.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (additional local languages a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to client inquiries.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain focus on targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
