Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
- Perform accurate data entry of inventory movements, adjustments, and discrepancies into the inventory management system.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records, identifying and reporting variances.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse and storage areas to ensure efficient space utilization and easy accessibility of items.
- Prepare outgoing inventory for delivery or shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling according to specifications.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly and assist in investigating root causes.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Assist in the periodic stocktaking and cycle counting activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physical stamina to lift and move packages up to 15-20kg and stand for extended periods.
- Proactive and eager to learn new processes and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- N/O-Level certification or equivalent.
- Prior experience (even part-time) in a warehouse, retail, or inventory-related environment.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management concepts or software.
- Possession of a forklift license (optional, but a plus).
