Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with finding products, provide information, and offer excellent service with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure all merchandise is neatly displayed and priced correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or excesses to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including aisles, display areas, and backstock rooms.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, checking for discrepancies, and organizing stock efficiently.
- Operate basic store equipment safely, such as trolleys and pallet jacks, as needed.
- Support cashiers during busy periods, including bagging groceries and assisting with queue management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure smooth store flow.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.
