Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receiving, unloading, and stocking of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against manifests.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage locations within the distribution center.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments efficiently and according to company quality standards.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely after receiving proper training and certification.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, operational procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and equipment on a daily basis.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets and resolve issues.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational concerns to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 20kg safely and repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
