Key Responsibilities
- Operate a taxi vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Transport passengers to their desired destinations promptly and courteously.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable vehicle interior and exterior.
- Utilize GPS and dispatch systems for navigation and trip management.
- Collect fares accurately and process payments, providing receipts when requested.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance issues.

Required Skills
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License (Class C or higher)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3-5 years
