Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing IT projects across various departments.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and track progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Help monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and escalating potential risks or issues.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related communications and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear agendas and effective follow-up on action items.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Learn and actively apply various project management methodologies and tools under expert guidance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management office (PMO).

Required Skills

  • Strong interest in Information Technology and project management principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
