Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and physical mail, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data security and easy retrieval.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring resources are readily available.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks, including vendor relations, facility maintenance coordination, and expense reporting.
