Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic goals and talent needs.
- Design, deliver, and manage innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses across all departments to identify critical skill gaps and emerging development opportunities.
- Oversee the evaluation of L&D programs, measuring effectiveness, ROI, and impact on employee performance and business outcomes.
- Introduce and leverage modern learning technologies and platforms to enhance engagement and accessibility of training content.
- Mentor and coach emerging leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with HR and senior management to integrate learning initiatives with talent management, performance appraisal, and succession planning processes.
- Stay abreast of L&D best practices, emerging trends, and innovative methodologies to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of talent development.
- Champion a learning culture that encourages curiosity, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale L&D programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and blended learning methodologies.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into effective learning solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating program effectiveness and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in instructional design, coaching, or psychometric assessment tools.
- Experience working within a consulting firm or a rapidly growing organization.
