Key Responsibilities
- Assist Product Managers in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify new opportunities and validate product concepts.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, release plans, and detailed product documentation.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market launches.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes to ensure product features meet high standards of functionality and user experience.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, performance data, and market trends to inform product iterations and improvements.
- Prepare engaging presentations, reports, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders regarding product updates and new features.
- Help manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and track project progress using agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes relevant to our products and services.
