Job Description
Are you an exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for supporting dynamic projects and a knack for ensuring seamless operations? Hi-Impact Consultancy is actively seeking a highly motivated Remote Project Support Assistant to join our growing and agile team. In this pivotal remote role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a diverse portfolio of client and internal projects, from their initial conceptualisation and setup through to successful completion and post-project review. You will work in close collaboration with our experienced Project Managers, expert consultants, and valued clients, providing essential administrative, logistical, and communicative support that forms the backbone of our project success. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Project Managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, such as project plans, risk registers, progress reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and third-party vendors, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
- Organise and minute virtual meetings, distributing action points and tracking their completion.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile information to support project planning and decision-making.
- Assist with resource allocation, budget tracking, and invoice processing as required.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of project personnel and manage access to project tools and systems.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative support or project coordination role.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of initiative.
- Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
Preferred Qualifications
- A relevant degree or vocational qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
- Familiarity with the education technology sector or consultancy services.
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM).
