Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections of the property, identifying and reporting any maintenance or security issues promptly.
  • Conduct minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) as required.
  • Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, responding to alerts and incidents appropriately.
  • Patrol the premises regularly, ensuring all doors, windows, and gates are secure, and identifying suspicious activities.
  • Manage entry and exit points, verifying identification for visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs or cleaning tasks, overseeing their work.
  • Handle waste management, ensuring timely collection and proper disposal of refuse.
  • Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches, following established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance logs, and visitor access.
  • Provide assistance to staff and visitors when needed, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in property maintenance or security roles.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
