Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of the property, identifying and reporting any maintenance or security issues promptly.
- Conduct minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) as required.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, responding to alerts and incidents appropriately.
- Patrol the premises regularly, ensuring all doors, windows, and gates are secure, and identifying suspicious activities.
- Manage entry and exit points, verifying identification for visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs or cleaning tasks, overseeing their work.
- Handle waste management, ensuring timely collection and proper disposal of refuse.
- Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches, following established protocols.
