Key Responsibilities
- Define, lead, and execute the overall R&D strategy and roadmap in alignment with Career.zycto's business objectives and market needs.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of R&D engineers, scientists, and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle for new technologies and enhancements, from conceptualization and research to prototyping, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and market opportunities to maintain Career.zycto's competitive edge.
- Establish and manage the R&D budget, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient allocation and timely project completion.
- Drive intellectual property generation, including patents and trade secrets, to protect Career.zycto's innovations.
- Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D outputs into overall company strategy.
- Represent Career.zycto as a thought leader in relevant industry forums, conferences, and partnerships.
- Implement best practices in R&D processes, methodologies, and quality assurance to optimize efficiency and innovation output.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines for technology development.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D leadership roles within a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling high-performing R&D teams.
- Strong technical background with expertise in AI/Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Architecture, or related fields.
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, lead complex projects, and deliver impactful technological solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and R&D lifecycle management tools.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in the HR Tech or broader SaaS industry.
