Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Conduct general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical repairs.
- Repair and maintain building systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units.
- Address immediate repair requests and emergency maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and furniture, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance as needed to uphold property aesthetics.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
