Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured sales training program, absorbing product knowledge, sales methodologies, and CRM tools.
- Shadow senior sales executives to observe and learn best practices in client interaction, negotiation, and closing.
- Assist in lead generation activities, including market research, cold calling, and email outreach under guidance.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and their value proposition.

- Attend client meetings and demonstrations as an observer, progressively taking on more active roles.
