Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Agent to join our vibrant team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Career.zycto's products and services.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Utilize provided scripts and adapt communication styles to engage various customer segments.
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all call activities, customer interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide basic information, and address initial concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and appointments.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance telemarketing skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
