Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Assist in generating new sales leads through various channels including online research, cold calling, and professional networking.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Maintain and meticulously update the CRM database with accurate client information, interactions, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with scheduling client meetings, conducting initial outreach, and managing follow-up communications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and effectively communicate Career.zycto's service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that align with business development goals.
  • Monitor industry news and competitor activities to identify emerging business opportunities and market shifts.
  • Participate actively in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions about client needs and solutions.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operation and support of the Business Development team.
