Job Description

Are you passionate about facilitating change and ensuring smooth transitions within a fast-paced, digitally-driven environment? The Very Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Change Delivery Associate to join our transformation team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the successful implementation of change initiatives across various departments, all from the comfort of your home office, while still being connected to our Speke-based hub. You will work closely with Change Managers, project teams, and business stakeholders to prepare our colleagues for new ways of working, systems, and processes. This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll be instrumental in developing communications, tracking adoption, gathering feedback, and providing support to ensure that change is not just implemented, but truly embedded. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Change Managers in developing and executing comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Draft clear, concise, and engaging communications for various audiences, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information related to change initiatives.
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of training materials and user guides to help colleagues adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items.
  • Monitor and track the progress of change adoption, gathering feedback through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics.
  • Identify potential resistance points and collaborate with the Change Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and update change-related documentation, including change logs, impact assessments, and status reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the change team, ensuring resources are organised and accessible.
  • Facilitate remote team collaboration using digital tools and platforms to maintain strong working relationships across distributed teams.
  • Support post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of change interventions and identify lessons learned for future initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project support, change coordination, or administrative role within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrable understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management Practitioner).
  • Experience working within the retail, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Experience in delivering or facilitating training sessions.
