Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and chat, resolving basic IT issues.
  • Log, categorize, prioritize, and track all support requests using an IT ticketing system.
  • Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot common hardware and software problems (e.g., password resets, printer issues, application errors).
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT technicians for further assistance.
  • Document solutions, procedures, and create knowledge base articles to assist users and fellow team members.
  • Guide users through basic troubleshooting steps and provide clear, patient instructions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance IT skills and knowledge.
