Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Efficiently manage guest check-outs, processing payments and handling billing inquiries.
- Answer phones and direct calls, providing information and taking messages as required.
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the property management system.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Address guest concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate daily cash reports.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure seamless service.
- Perform administrative duties such as sorting mail, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and standard office software.
