Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, assisting them with inquiries and product location.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and processing returns/exchanges.
- Maintain well-stocked and organized shelves, ensuring proper product rotation and appealing merchandise displays.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and pricing merchandise, ensuring products are ready for sale.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the sales floor, checkout areas, and backroom.
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock control as required.
