Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring fresh and clean supplies are always available.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, stationery, and other guest supplies as per hotel standards.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and polish fixtures thoroughly.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the supervisor or maintenance department.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
