Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Change bed linens and towels, ensuring fresh and clean supplies are always available.
  • Replenish amenities such as toiletries, stationery, and other guest supplies as per hotel standards.
  • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and polish fixtures thoroughly.
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the supervisor or maintenance department.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
  • Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
