Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to claims adjusters, including data entry, file organization, and document preparation for claims.
- Assist in gathering necessary information for claims processing, such as policy details, incident reports, and contact information.
- Communicate professionally with policyholders, third parties, and internal teams via phone and email to provide updates and answer inquiries regarding claims status.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and all relevant regulatory requirements related to claims handling and data privacy.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
