Working predominantly from your home office, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our operational processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, IT, retail operations, and marketing, as well as various stakeholders and leadership, to map current state processes comprehensively. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects from initiation to closure, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for waste reduction using data-driven approaches.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions that optimize operational performance, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure successful project execution.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and brainstorming meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement and build capability within teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented changes and ensure sustained improvements.
- Prepare detailed process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project documentation.
- Act as a change agent, influencing stakeholders at all levels to adopt new processes and ways of working.
- Research and recommend new technologies or best practices in continuous improvement.
- Ensure all improvements align with company strategy, regulatory requirements, and customer experience objectives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in applying Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and techniques (e.g., Value Stream Mapping).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Experience with change management principles and methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, Visio for process mapping).
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working within retail, pharmaceutical, or logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks.
- Experience using statistical software for data analysis (e.g., Minitab, R, Python).
