Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining dignity and privacy.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as per care plans.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with adherence to prescribed schedules.
- Perform light household duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Accurately observe and record changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional condition and report to senior staff.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with family members and other healthcare professionals.
- Document care activities and client progress clearly and concisely.
