As our Videographer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that resonates across various platforms – from corporate communications and client testimonials to engaging social media campaigns, insightful explainer videos, and dynamic coverage of internal and external events. You will be involved in every stage of the video production process, including initial brainstorming sessions, script development, meticulous planning of shoots, on-location cinematography with professional equipment, and comprehensive post-production work encompassing editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics. We’re looking for someone who not only possesses strong technical skills in videography and editing but also has a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, storytelling, and a deep understanding of how to capture engaging narratives that align with our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and communications teams to ensure all video content aligns seamlessly with our brand guidelines, strategic objectives, and target audience needs. This role requires a self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, meet tight deadlines, and consistently deliver outstanding visual assets that significantly elevate our brand presence and engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots from start to finish, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, and location scouting.
  • Operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Perform color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and other post-production tasks to enhance video quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver videos that align with brand messaging and strategic goals.
  • Manage and organize video assets, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility.
  • Stay updated with the latest videography and editing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment, ensuring it is always in optimal working condition.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations for video content strategy and production.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
  • Expert proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrable skills in camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and aesthetic principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
