Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via remote tools, phone, and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems remotely.
- Assist with password resets, account unlocks, and other user management tasks.
- Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately and promptly.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT technicians or specialized teams.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Ensure data integrity and security by adhering to company policies and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a patient and professional demeanor.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
