Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform assembly tasks, ensuring components are correctly fitted according to specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to identify and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Package and label finished products accurately for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and schedules.
