Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments with precision and integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, answering questions, and offering assistance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Assist customers in locating books and other merchandise.
- Recommend books and products based on customer preferences and current promotions.
- Assist with restocking shelves and merchandising new arrivals as needed.
