Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor at all times.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding services, policies, and procedures to clients and candidates.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions or services.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and knowledge base.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
