Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Provide general administrative support to colleagues and management as required.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to the public, customers, and visitors.
- Operate standard office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems, computers, and printers.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).
