Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and answer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary, ensuring seamless handoffs.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and empathetic experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a better customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other call centre technologies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and customer-centric attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing speed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (at least 1 year).
