Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, classify, and file physical and digital documents according to established procedures.
  • Perform accurate data entry and update document registers.
  • Retrieve documents upon request from authorized personnel in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all documents are current, correctly labeled, and easily accessible.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating document control systems and databases.
  • Support the archiving and destruction of documents as per retention policies.
