Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internal and external, during assigned night shifts.
- Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to detect and report suspicious activities.
- Control access points, verifying identity and authorizing entry for approved personnel or visitors in accordance with security protocols.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances, contacting appropriate authorities as needed.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and activity records.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
- Provide assistance to employees or visitors during emergencies.
- Perform routine checks on doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are securely locked.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to operate surveillance equipment and basic security systems.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
